Kew Reach is looking for a Consultant to join our team, ideally a recent MSc graduate with a background in biological sciences or ecology interested in a role delivering nature and ecosystem restoration projects. Working closely with our Senior Project Manager, you'll support the research and development of project deliverables - translating client briefs into actionable outputs, contributing to strategic planning documents, conducting desk-based research and site assessments, and helping manage project timelines and programmes. Recent work has included supporting the development of national seed management strategies, identifying key seed harvesting locations, advising on seedbank and hub network design, and providing technical input on herbaria and botanic garden infrastructure. This is initially a consultancy position with the possibility of moving into a full-time role.
